우리 훈혁키친은 2015년 9평 남짓한 식당에서 시작 되었습니다. 우리는 음식으로 시작하여 마시고 즐기며 삶과 연결되는 FOOD & BEVERAGE LIFESTYLE 브랜드 기업으로 성장해 나가고 있습니다. 현재 부산에서 다양한 매장을 운영하고 있습니다. Hoonhyuk Kitchen opened its doors in 2015 as a modest 9-pyeong restaurant. From those small beginnings, we have grown beyond simply serving food — creating a Food & Beverage Lifestyle brand that invites people to eat, drink, and savor life together. Our journey has been guided by a simple belief: that food is more than just a meal — it’s a bridge that connects people, stories, and moments. Today, with 16 locations across Busan, we continue to craft flavors and experiences that bring warmth to the table and joy to the heart.

훈혁키친은 ‘Eat well love life. 잘 먹고 자신의 삶을 사랑할 것.’ 이라는 메세지를 바탕으로 만들어진 각 매장의 이미지 및 음식을 효과적으로 경험할 수 있도록 하며 최적의 공간과 서비스를 제공하기 위해 고민합니다. 이를 통해 훈혁키친은 개성있는 매장을 소수로 오픈하여 확장보다 브랜드 비주얼, 서비스, 퀄리티와관리에 신경을 기울이고 있습니다. At Hoonhyuk Kitchen, we are guided by a simple message: “Eat well, love life.” We strive to create spaces where each location’s unique image and cuisine can be experienced to the fullest, offering not only the best flavors but also the most inviting atmosphere and service. Rather than pursuing rapid expansion, we choose to open a select number of distinctive locations — focusing our energy on refining our brand’s visual identity, elevating our service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
